Terms of service

These terms define the operating boundary for access, billing, delivery, and use of the Meridian service.

The objective is not legal theatre. The objective is to make the product boundary explicit so access, responsibility, and service limitations remain legible before and after checkout.

Service scope

MeridianSig is a private market-intelligence product with public evaluation pages, authenticated account access, subscription-controlled entitlements, and Telegram-delivered signal routing.

[T-02]

Information-only boundary

Meridian provides structured information and delivery tooling only. It does not create an advisory relationship, a managed account, or a personalized recommendation to transact in any asset.

[T-03]

Subscriptions and access

Paid access is billed through Stripe according to the pricing terms presented at checkout. Meridian access continues only for the paid period that has been processed and remains linked to the account identity used for billing and access verification.

[T-04]

Acceptable use

Members may not redistribute Meridian content, mirror private delivery feeds, share credentials, or use the service for unlawful activity. Access may be limited or terminated where misuse creates operational or legal risk.

[T-05]

Liability and risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Meridian is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited and the user remains responsible for execution decisions.
