By accessing or using Meridian, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service Scope
Meridian provides market intelligence, research, and signals. Access is tiered across free, premium, and ultra subscriptions.
3. Not Financial Advice
Meridian does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes.
4. Risk Acknowledgment
- Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- You may lose some or all of your investment.
5. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until period end.
- No refunds for partial months.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not redistribute or resell Meridian content.
- Do not share premium access or credentials.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Meridian is not liable for trading losses or business outcomes. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months, to the extent permitted by law.
