By accessing or using MeridianSig ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MeridianSig provides cryptocurrency trading signals generated by artificial intelligence models. The Service includes:

  • Trading signal alerts via Telegram
  • Entry, take-profit, and stop-loss levels
  • AI model analysis and reasoning

3. NOT Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: MeridianSig does NOT provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

Our signals are for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Always do your own research (DYOR) before making any investment.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

By using this Service, you acknowledge:

  • Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • You may lose some or all of your investment
  • You should only trade with money you can afford to lose
  • AI predictions are not guaranteed to be accurate

5. Subscription & Payments

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until period end
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Redistribute or resell our signals
  • Share your premium access with others
  • Reverse engineer our AI systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to manipulate markets using our signals

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • MeridianSig is not liable for any trading losses
  • We provide no warranty on signal accuracy
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months
  • We are not liable for service interruptions or delays

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeridianSig from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
